Very disappointed. My Inbox has a corruption 10% in to the recovery. I have tried just about every recovery program and they all stop at the same point. Surely a further scan can be done to try to link into the index or database again. Getting all the oldest items out first is no help.

For twice I can not buy this prouct.First time was by Regsoft via PayPal and the second just by credit card.I have the trial version, but it looks like it could work to recover mails.What can I do? Are the managers of Recovery still working?The message of Regsoft is: "No order was found (3)", but I have a Tracking Number.Please could you help me?

Downloading and installing was just a breeze , the software is reasonbly user friendly, just did what it says , at this moment i am still tinkering with the tool box...!! lemme see how it goes ..time will tell ....

The recovery tool worked well on the corrupted dbx folder. I first backed up everything. I used the tool to recover and save all of the emails to a folder. I then created a file folder in OE. Dragged out the corrupted dbx file from OE using the file explorer. I then needed to highlight the recovered emails and then drag them into the recreated folder in OE which created a new dbx file in OE.Be aware that after paying you have to wait to get the huge registration (paragraph) key from the manufacturer

It did just what it said on the tin. I successfully extracted all the e-mails from a 2gb inbox.dbx and it worked quite quickly given the size of the file. I am very pleased. The only improvement I can think of would be to enable entry of the registration key without exiting the program. The requirement to do it like this meant I had to run the extraction process again, once I had satisfied myself that it worked.

Have failed to get the Recovery Toolbox to work on a 15GB .ost file but still trying to achieve it. Will revert with further comments in due course. What advice have you got for large file conversion? Any assistance gladly received.

Your program is good but there is a problem happened after installed on 2 systems one with Windows XP SP3 OS and Microsoft Office 2007 - Outlook and other with Windows Vista Bussiness Edition with also Office 2007 , I face a strange problem in Outlook. Problem : When you open old mail to replay or forward cursor not movinge and no letter typing on screen in arabic language but if you change language to english it is typing. It seemed like a good software but unfortunately without being truly able to see if it works (because the trial will only let you see a couple letters of the password) I can\'t justify purchasing it. Sorry.

I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH THE EASE OF INSTALL AND USE, PLUS IT WORKED... I HAVE TO SAY THAT I RECOMEND THIS TO ANYBODY THAT FORGOT THERE PASSWORD FOR MICROSOFT OUTLOOK.

Give Demo version to recover at least 1 PST p At least you should give demo version to recover PST password for atleast 1 PST.So please release demo version of this software who can recover PST password for atleast one.

The Recovery Tool saved a pst file from 2003 Outlook. I upgraded my computer to Windows Vista, Outlook 2007 and it will not open. I saw later in fine print that older versions of outlook that are retrieved probably need to be opened by the old outlook. I'm still working on it. If it works, it will be well worth it, but if not, then I won't like this.

The Product doesn`t work. This product did not recover my OST file very well at all. Most of the messsages came back as junk, with no message body. I tried exprting to PST and dumping to EML's and neither option preformed satifcatorily. I wasted $50!

Good tool to recover mails This is a good tool for recovery of mails. I wanted to recover my 5 year old mails. My comments are as follows :* As promised, five mails in each folder were recovered as I used trial version. * However, this tool does not give you the password. I had used the same password for my Excel & Word files. Hence, I was more interested in getting the password. It is mentioned on the site that about three passwords are equivalent in the encryption. In that case, it is better to display all the passwords.* It did not recover anything from the archived folders.* ...

Recovery Toolbox failed Problems:1. Display said 14 folders found but showed only 11 (eg: Global email folder missing.2. 548 contacts found but only the names and not the e-addresses3. Journal log found from 7/5/2006 to 10/19/2007 (2005 missing)4. Recovered 4 GB data but non can be accessed afterwards5. The folder with data cannot be opened6. Since the demo package failed, I didn't buy the full package.

RTBO is the best for it`s purposes. Exellent program! But it's price is no good.

Suggestions Perhaps the first check that should be made is that if the .pst is over 2gb it pops up and suggests that might be the case and the software it is relevant too so doesn't waste further testing.Also the uninstall function failed on two PCs and required registry editing to clear it completely.

it didnt solve my problem sorry, but it didnt solved my problem. My file had a physical damage, a CRC error. I solved it with a tool that copied the corrupted file to another file, regenerated the CRC and after this I used SCANPST.EXE.Att

Downloaded the trial version, but it did not seem to help me with my problem - OE will not recognize a few of my dbx folders (I am assuming they are corrupt). This software also did not open these dbx files. I will not pay for a full version unless I know the software would help me.

Ran a different scan that found the missing emails, but your product did not find a tenth of the lost emails. Might be nice for beginners, but is not strong enough to get everything.
